Unhooked
Unhooked is a game made for the GMTK Game Jam 2023.
Fishing can be fun... except when you're the one being fished.
On Unhooked, you play as the fish trying to escape the fishermen. Swim away from the hooks, protect your children, collect food, and make your way home safely.
-> Use the arrow keys or WASD to move your character
-> Press R to restart the level
-> When your children get attracted by the bait, just pass next to them to make them snap out of it.
-> Try to reach the end with all your children alive.

Really gorgeous presentation to a simple concept well executed. For some reason, I was thinking at the beginning that the fish would join me and I would have to control a chaotic shoal... maybe an idea?
the idea its funny, i love the way we play xd its hard and funny and like "nooo! my sons!" the aesthetic is good, good job with the game <3 and of course i like the music good, it fits really well.
This is really creative and also looks amazing, great job!
